3.1 Order Process

Order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies, or errors in product information.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though such changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4.2 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.3 Delivery Limitations

We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4.4 Risk of Loss

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and documentation.

5.2 Non-Returnable Products

Due to security and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Cylinders & Barrels (once installed)
• Break Glass products
• Digital Locks (once programmed)
• Any installed, used, or modified product
• Products without original packaging

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] for a Return Authorization number
2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include completed Return Form

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
